The dreaded annual physical (Melissa)

So I met with my primary care physician today for my annual physical. We talked for a bit before she examined me and I brought up my frustration with my weight before she even had a chance to say anything. She ended up ordering a crap of blood work to be done. As always I am secretly hoping I have an under-active thyroid. She did mention that as things can change once you've been pregnant. So now I wait for the results, fingers crossed, but I figure there is nothing wrong with me besides being lazy. Yup lazy, that's been my problem my whole life. How do we cure laziness?? I sure wish I knew...
